What we are

My Party Hire is a Reading party equipment hire service that shows the full delivered price for your postcode, the deposit, and the weather refund rule before you enquire. We are based in Reading and deliver across the RG postcode area. We are not a directory or a booking marketplace: every castle listed is ours, delivered and collected by us.

Why we publish every price

Most bouncy castle hire pages in this market show a headline "from" price and leave delivery, deposit and cancellation terms to a phone call or an email exchange. We think that is backwards for something you are booking for a child's birthday, so we do the opposite: the full delivered total for your postcode, the deposit amount, and what happens if the weather turns are all published before you send an enquiry, not after. You should be able to compare us against anyone else on the actual numbers, not on a sales call.

Our three guarantees

• The all-in price guarantee. The price shown for your postcode includes delivery. What you see before you enquire is what you pay, with no surprise fees added afterwards.
• The weather refund guarantee. If we cancel for rain or wind, your £20 deposit is refunded in full within 3 working days, or you can reschedule free instead. The full policy, including the wind speed we use, is on our rain and wind policy page.
• The named contact guarantee. A real person confirms your delivery window with you the day before your booking, by phone or WhatsApp, so you are never left waiting on an estimate.

Where we are right now

My Party Hire is a new service building its fleet for the 2027 party season, and we are taking enquiries now. We would rather say that plainly than dress it up with claims we cannot back yet. What you can rely on is that every policy on this site, on pricing, deposits, weather and safety, is the standard we are building the business around from day one.
